March Break

Belleville Public Library is the place to be this March Break! Whether you are having fun at our programs or dropping in to play and read in our children’s area (we have of toys, LEGOs and of course, books!), the library has plenty to keep you and your kids engaged and entertained all week long.

 

Our theme for March Break 2026 is Fairy Tales and Folklore. Come and explore whimsical tales, magical legends, and classic fables.

All our children’s March Break programs are free and drop-in as space allows.

Saturday Kids’ Club: Felt Tic-Tac-Toe – 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m.

Make your own Tic-Tac-Toe game out of felt.

Fee-fi-fo-fum! Plant a seed in a baggie greenhouse and take it home to watch the magic happen day by day. Learn all about seeds, germination, and how plants grow – just like Jack’s famous beanstalk!

Library Sasquatch

Each day the Library Sasquatch will hide with a different book in the Children’s Area. If you find him, visit the Readers’ Advisory desk to tell us which book he’s reading and earn a sticker!
