Hummingbird at Mom’s Bougainvillea

My lovely mom and I were not the only ones who appreciated this beautiful bougainvillea vine; this little hummingbird wanted to join the club.
A bit of masking fluid, a bit of skewer engraving, a touch of colour charging, and lots of layering are some of the techniques we will explore as we work with this cheery, not-ready-for-fall, scene.
